1. What we collect

Details you provide through our contact form — name, company, work email, country or region, what you need help with, and your message. We also collect standard server logs.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to route it to the right practice, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal basis

Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest for responding to business enquiries and on consent for any marketing communication.

4. Sharing

We share enquiry details only within SEPIA Innovations and with service providers who process data on our instructions under contract.

5. International transfers

We operate in Japan, India and the United States. Enquiry data may be processed in any of these locations under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as the business relationship or a legitimate follow-up requires, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. After that they are deleted.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Contact us using the address below.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Japan the Personal Information Protection Commission, and in the EU or UK your national data protection authority.

8. Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.

It does store two preferences in your browser’s local storage: your light or dark theme choice, and whether the ambient sound on the home page is on. Both stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
